  • Foaled April 13, 2000

Professionally trained to ride and drive, this superbly bred mare can continue to produce outstanding young champions for her new owner, or could go back to the show ring with a little work.

During her brief show career, she was Champion Two Year Old Pleasure Driving at the Circle J Regional, Reserve Jr. Classic Pleasure Driving Champion at the Southern States Regional, Reserve Champion Junior Pleasure Driving at the Gasparilla Charity and won the Junior Classic Pleasure Driving at Citrus Cup Regional. She would be a beautiful entry in the classic pleasure driving division with her dramatic black with chrome coloring.

Out of a double Pinehaven Chief mare, this is a bottom line that produces TROT in a big way. Kenya is the dam of three wonderful foals by Grand Cru Dom Perignon (Treble's Willy Wild x Sizzle, by Tug Hill Commando), including Kashmir, the 2006 Citrus Cup Yearling Sweepstakes Champion; Grand Cru Chimay, the 2009 Citrus Cup Grand Champion Mare and 2008 Reserve Grand Champion Mare, now a winning English pleasure horse; and Grand Cru Cristal (see Photo 3), a gorgeous western prospect also featured here on morganshowcase.com. She is also the dam of Grand Cru Cremedelachrome, her first offspring by the good young sire Treble's Master Player (Serenity Masterpiece x AFF Norma Jean), who is a very fancy yearling with a bright future.

Kenya's price includes a breeding to the Grand Cru stallion of your choice:
- Treble's High End Piece
- Grand Cru Dom Perignon
- ER Treble My Command

Stonecroft Byzantine daughters are quickly becoming noticed as outstanding producers of quality show horses, so this is not an opportunity to pass up!
